The Office of the High Representative (OHR) along with Bosnia and Herzegovina announced the indictment against the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik and Milos Lukic, acting director of the Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska.
They point out that respecting the legal and constitutional framework, but also upholding the rule of law, is essential for any democratic society.
"It's an obligation for everyone because no one is above the law. The OHR urges all citizens and officials to respect the law," the OHR said on Twitter (Platform X).
