The Ugljevik mine and thermal power plant lost a dispute with The Electric Power Industry of Slovenia worth 67 million euros, or about 131 million KM.
This is a final judgment issued by the Arbitration Panel in Belgrade on the lawsuit of Slovenians for undelivered electricity, starting from June 12, 2011 until the decision was made.
In the decision of the Council of July 3, RiTe Ugljevik was ordered to make payment of the said amount within 30 days of receipt of the decision.
As a reminder, the Slovenians launched two disputes against RiTE "Ugljevik" and BiH seeking huge compensation for pre-war investments in the thermal power plant.
