Press release
SARAJEVO, December 26 (FENA) - The Institute for Geopolitics, Economics and Security (IGES) points out that the final goal of the announced law on real estate in Republika Srpska is the dissolution of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- By announcing the adoption of a new/old law on immovable property in BiH. Milorad Dodik is creating political pressure to fully or partially comply with his request. Although the legal position of state property is clear - because Bosnia and Herzegovina is the sole owner of state property, dodik is trying to move from the legal field to the political one where everything is possible.
Explaining why this issue is important to Dodik, the Institute cites Dodik's attempt to legalize all property that has so far been illegally alienated from the state. The second reason is to strengthen the anti-European and anti-NATO influence in BiH by bringing in investors who will strengthen its position and weaken the position of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the European Union and the West in general.
"And the final goal is the dissolution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, because by confiscating the property of the state, its existence ceases to exist," concluded the Institute for Geopolitics, Economics and Security.
